IMPORTANT TIPS
Always state width first and height second. All sizes listed can be reversed. (example: 12'w x 10'h or 10'w x 12'h)
*Contact your sales representative for pricing and availability on larger sizes.
Your sales representative will be glad to review the difference between canvas and muslin.
 
Canvas Mounting Options
Standard Canvas Mounting (SMC): Top mount of our backgrounds have two wood slats with 3 holes drilled for double (each end) or single (center) light stand mounting. The bottom of the canvas is attached to a round tube for storage. Velcro straps are included to secure your background. Order code: SMC

Roller System Mount (RSM): The top of the canvas has no mounting to allow for easy attachment to roller. Wood strip mounting at bottom. Order code: RSM
 
General Information and Company Policies

Returns
Returns will be gladly accepted within 30 days of purchase. We will credit your original form of payment. We will not accept returns on visibly used products or items damaged by customer.

Contact a CSR to obtain a return authorization number for your product; then securely package your item(s) and ship back to us with a copy of your original invoice.

For prompt, safe service, we recommend using insured and prepaid UPS/Freight Carrier Service. Knowledge Backgrounds cannot credit shipping and handling charges on returns. Please allow four to six weeks for credits and/or refunds to process.

Customer Service
Customer Service representatives are available Monday thru Friday 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. Central Standard Time. After hours, option #11 when automated voice answers, leave your message at the prompt and a CSR will contact you as soon as possible.

Canvas Shipping
Orders up to 8' in width are securely shipped via UPS immediately after production. Because UPS has size restrictions, orders over 8' in width will be shipped via common carrier. We will arrange for the most reliable and cost effective manner of shipment possible.

Errors and Price Changes
Descriptive, typographic or photographic errors are subject to our correction without price notice. All prices are subject to change without notice.
