IMPORTANT TIPS

Always state width first and height second.

Standard Hemming
Muslins are hemmed on all sides to prevent fraying. They are also sewn with a 4" hem loop at the top for use with a crossbar. Custom hemming and mounting options are available.
*Contact your sales representative for pricing and availability on larger sizes.
Your sales representative will be glad to review the difference between canvas and muslin.
General Information and Company Policies

Returns
Returns will be gladly accepted within 30 days of purchase. We will credit your original form of payment. We will not accept returns on visibly used products or items damaged by customer.

Contact a CSR to obtain a return authorization number for you product; then securely package your item(s) and ship back to us with a copy of your original invoice.

For prompt, safe service, we recommend using insured and prepaid UPS/Freight Carrier Service. Knowledge Backgrounds cannot credit shipping and handling charges on returns. Please allow four to six weeks for credits and/or refunds to process.

Customer Service
Customer Service representatives are available Monday thru Friday 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. Central Standard Time. After hours, option #3 when automated voice answers, leave your message at the prompt and a CSR will contact you as soon as possible.

Shipping
Orders are securely shipped by UPS immediately after production. Because UPS has size restrictions, your order may be shipped via common carrier. We will arrange for the most reliable and cost effective manner of shipment possible.

Errors and Price Changes
Descriptive, typographic or photographic errors are subject to our correction without prior notice. All prices are subject to change without notice.
