Canvas – Canvas backgrounds up to 8' in width will be shipped
regular ground service unless otherwise requested. Next Day Air,
Second Day Air and Three Day Guaranteed options are also
available. Backgrounds wider than 8' will be shipped via truck.
Muslin – Muslin backgrounds will be shipped regular ground
service, with the above mentioned options also available.

Delivery Times – Orders for canvas and
muslin backgrounds are normally
shipped out in fifteen business days (excludes weekends). Please let
your sales representative know if you have special delivery needs.
Returns – Returns will be gladly accepted within 30 days of
purchase. However,
we will not accept returns on visibly used products or items damaged by
customer. A 25% restocking fee may be charged when applicable. Contact a
CSR to obtain a return authorization number, securely package your item(s),
and
ship back with a copy of your original invoice. Authorized returns on standard
orders will receive credit towards the original form of payment. Contact your
CSR for special policies on custom orders. Knowledge Backgrounds cannot
credit shipping and handling charges on returns.
Errors – Descriptive, typographic or photographic errors are
subject to our
correction without prior notice. All prices are subject to change without notice.
